    Common questions

    What does Amplified Marketing do?

Amplified Marketing Inc. is a lead generation agency for local service businesses in Canada and the US. We run your ads, get you found on Google, Google Maps and AI answers, and a dedicated SDR follows up with every lead and books the serious ones. Your business stays responsible for estimates, advice and the work itself.

    Who do you work with?

Local and home service businesses that run on appointments, such as HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, renovation, cleaning and clinics. We also have dedicated sites for mortgage professionals and insurance agencies recruiting producers.

Do you work in both Canada and the US?

Yes. Amplified Marketing Inc. is a Wyoming corporation based at 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, and supports businesses across Canada and the United States. Contact rules differ between the two countries, so we review the approach for each business before any outreach begins.

    How does it work?

First we agree on what counts as a suitable appointment and when your team is available. Then we run your ads and local SEO, and your dedicated SDR follows up with every lead and offers open times on your calendar. Missed call text back sends a reply after a call goes unanswered, and database reactivation works through contacts you already have.

Who follows up with my leads?

A dedicated SDR. They call and text your leads, ask your qualifying questions and book the serious ones on your calendar. Complaints, detailed questions and requests to speak with your business go to the person you choose on your team.

    How do I get started?

Book a call with us. We talk through your service area, the jobs you want more of and how follow-up works today. If it is a fit, we start with our lead generation for local service businesses. For a rough sense of the opportunity first, try the missed call ROI calculator, which gives an estimate based on your own numbers.

    How much does it cost?

The Growth Partnership is $5,000 USD per quarter, paid upfront, plus performance-based fees as defined in your agreement. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platforms. It covers your ads, SEO, a dedicated SDR on every lead, follow-up with your old leads, a new website and a monthly report. To start smaller, the 14-day Lead Recovery Campaign is a one-time $300 USD intro.

The 14-day intro includes list cleanup, 14 days of follow-up with your old leads and past customers, booking on your calendar and a closing review. It also includes a conditional guarantee of up to 3 appointments, with any free continued work capped at 60 days. Conditions and remedies are in your written agreement. Your $300 USD intro is credited toward a Growth Partnership signed within 14 days of your intro's launch date. Scope and terms are confirmed in writing before anything starts.

What do the terms cover, in plain words?

Before launch we put it in writing: what we will do, which contacts are included, what counts as a qualified appointment and what your team handles. Nothing starts until you have reviewed and agreed to it.

    Am I locked into a long-term contract?

Terms are set in a written agreement. You see the scope and length before anything starts, and nothing starts until you agree to it.

    How do you handle consent?

We ask for the consent and relationship records behind each contact, along with known opt-outs and contact preferences, and we leave out anyone who should not be contacted. Every message names your business and gives an easy way to opt out, and opt-out requests are respected. Requirements depend on the channel and the situation, so it is worth getting advice for your own business. This is general information, not legal advice.

    What is database reactivation?

Database reactivation means reaching back out to the old leads and past customers already in your CRM or spreadsheet, so the ones who still need the work can book. It uses contacts you already have, not bought leads. See our database reactivation service for how it works.

Is the lead recovery campaign still available?

Yes. The lead recovery campaign is a one-time $300 USD intro: 14 days of follow-up with the list you already have, including list cleanup, booking on your calendar and a closing review. It also includes a conditional guarantee of up to 3 appointments, with any free continued work capped at 60 days. Conditions and remedies are in your written agreement. Lead recovery is also part of our lead generation service.

    What results can I expect?

Results depend on your contact list, your market, your services and how quickly your team follows up, so the Growth Partnership does not promise a set number of bookings. The 14-day intro is the exception: it includes a conditional guarantee of up to 3 appointments, with any free continued work capped at 60 days.

Conditions and remedies are in your written agreement. We agree on what counts as a qualified appointment before launch and review the conversations with you.
